Aidoc is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead customer-facing technical delivery projects for onboarding new customers and expanding or upgrading existing customers. The role manages solution delivery, architecture discussions, integrations, troubleshooting, acceptance testing, go-lives, technical performance optimization, and requirements work with Product, Customer Success, and Sales. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical certification, at least four years of customer-facing or technical-operations experience in the United States or European Union, healthcare IT experience, and the ability to travel 1–3 days per month. The position is remote-first, with offices in Barcelona, Tel Aviv, and New York City, and includes medical, dental, vision, stock options, retirement matching, and other benefits.
