AlphaSense is hiring an Implementation Manager to own the onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients, coordinating activities from the pre-sale handoff through the first 90 days of adoption. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success; manages project plans, milestones, risks, status meetings, and adoption signals; analyzes platform usage and retention trends; and develops scalable onboarding processes and playbooks. The position is US remote, with the East Coast strongly preferred, and offers a base salary of $100,000–$125,000 USD plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.
