Description
Avoca is hiring an Implementation Manager to own post-sales onboarding and end-to-end customer implementations for its AI-powered home-service platform. The role combines product expertise, technical consulting, project management, integration configuration, prompting and workflow setup, testing, training, go-live support, and client advocacy. It requires 2–5 years of relevant B2B software experience, API and integration fluency, and the ability to travel to client sites. The position is full-time and in-office in New York City or Santa Barbara, with a base salary of $130,000–$170,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
