Description
The Implementation Manager will lead end-to-end Binocs implementations for laboratory and cell & gene therapy customers, including workshops, business-process analysis, solution configuration, testing, change management, training, integrations, and post-implementation support. The role requires 5–10 years of SaaS implementation, management consulting, or related experience, hands-on software configuration, data-analysis skills, strong communication, and fluency in English. It is based in the Millburn, New Jersey office with a 50% in-office, 50% work-from-home arrangement for candidates in the New York City Metro Area or willing to relocate, with domestic and international travel.
