Campspot is hiring an Implementation Manager to support onboarding new customers onto its software platform, including initial setup, major setup changes, project management, technical support, and training. The role requires at least three years of customer service or related experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and availability for weekday evenings and travel. Compensation is $50,000–$60,000 plus a bonus plan, with medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options, a 401(k) match, flexible PTO, and a remote-first workplace. Priority is given to candidates near Grand Rapids, Michigan, or the Denver, Colorado, and Chicago, Illinois metro areas for a hybrid arrangement.
