Description
The Implementation Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts and large-scale, complex delivery projects across multiple lines of business. The role serves as a strategic operations partner to sales, manages scope, schedules, staffing, vendors, contracts, milestones, financial reconciliation, client communication, and project closeout, and guides event production and account performance. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of project or program management experience, Microsoft suite proficiency, and some travel to CCL locations and client sites.
