Counterpart Health is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead customer-facing technical implementations for new provider practices and TINs on Counterpart Assistant. The role owns the customer relationship from project kickoff through post-go-live, manages multiple concurrent implementations, coordinates with account management, support, product, and engineering, resolves integration issues, and improves the implementation playbook. Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience leading technical product implementations, 2+ years in healthcare technology implementations, strong project management and customer communication skills, and the ability to diagnose integration issues and drive process improvements. The role is remote-first and offers a base salary of $96,200–$125,000 USD, plus equity, bonuses, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
