DailyPay is hiring an Implementation Manager in New York City to lead the deployment of its SaaS solution for small-to-enterprise accounts. The role owns technical integrations with third-party vendors, manages the implementation lifecycle from pre-sales through go-live, performs discovery and technical research, coordinates with sales, operations, and support teams, and mitigates project risks. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5+ years of SaaS implementation experience, experience with data validation, unit testing, UAT, sFTP automation, and API builds, along with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
