Description
DEUNA is hiring an Implementation Manager to own merchant onboarding and integration after pre-sales closes the technical design. The role prepares integration packages, defines go-live timelines, supports merchant technical teams, coordinates Product and Engineering, manages risks and escalations, builds UAT matrices, and drives clean go-live and post-go-live support. Candidates need at least three years of relevant technical project management, account management, merchant integration, or consulting experience, strong payment-integration knowledge, client-facing experience, UAT planning experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.
