Exiger is hiring an Implementation Manager in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, to lead complex, client-facing enterprise deployments of its supply chain risk intelligence SaaS platforms. The role guides clients through onboarding, configuration, and go-live; develops supply chain risk frameworks; collaborates with Sales, Product, and Client Services; supports team growth; and improves internal implementation processes. Candidates need 3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, process optimization, and enterprise technology implementation, along with risk management, supplier lifecycle, data analysis, and SaaS or ERP experience. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of 100,000–110,000 CAD annually.
