Description
Craftable is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and software implementation projects from planning and configuration through training and go-live. The role manages multiple implementations, serves as a primary client contact, coordinates with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support, resolves implementation roadblocks, documents project plans, and provides feedback to Product and Engineering. Candidates need at least three years of complex software implementation, professional services, or project management experience, strong project management and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position is based in Farmers Branch, Texas, requires office attendance at least four days per week, and offers a salary of $60,000 to $75,000 plus medical, dental, and vision insurance.
