Description
The Implementation Manager leads Globalli platform implementations from project kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary project manager and client point of contact. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages implementation plans and risks, supports platform configuration, data validation, testing, training, change management, and client launch, and contributes to scalable implementation processes. Candidates need 3–5+ years of experience managing SaaS implementations, customer onboarding, or technical project management, strong project management and communication skills, and fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
