HiBob is hiring a permanent, hybrid Customer Implementation Consultant to guide upper-SMB and lower mid-market customers from sale close through go-live. The role owns customer implementations, supports system setup, data preparation, configuration, troubleshooting, and adoption; translates technical concepts for HR and people stakeholders; manages expectations and risks; and helps improve repeatable implementation processes. Candidates should have customer-facing systems, implementation, onboarding, business analysis, HR operations, or related experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and comfort with spreadsheets and data.
