Description
InvoiceCloud is hiring an Implementation Manager to analyze, configure, and deploy complex software and biller integrations for external customers. The role owns implementation delivery from scope definition through go-live, coordinates with internal teams, external billers, and software partners, and supports configuration accuracy, testing, QA, UAT, issue resolution, and successful customer launches. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 4–7 years of implementation or project management experience, SaaS or fintech experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
