Lawmatics is hiring an Implementation Manager based in San Diego, California, to own the onboarding of new law-firm customers. The role manages a caseload of new accounts, runs kickoff calls and training, configures accounts and intake automation with the build team, monitors early engagement, escalates unresponsive accounts, and hands off completed onboarding to Customer Success. The position is hybrid, with office work Monday through Wednesday and remote work Thursday and Friday, and pays $70,000–$75,000 USD annually.
