Description
Lyrebird is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead complex enterprise implementations, competitive pilots, trials, and state-health rollouts for hospitals, health systems, and other organisations. The role owns delivery from trial design through go-live, adoption, transition to business-as-usual, and the development of a repeatable implementation model. Responsibilities include coordinating customers, engineering, support, clinical teams, and account executives; demonstrating value; managing risk and dependencies; and feeding deployment needs to Product. Candidates need a track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations, experience building business cases or demonstrating ROI, cross-functional delivery capability, and technical fluency in identity, provisioning, integration, and security.
