Movable Ink is hiring an Implementation Manager to launch and manage client implementations of its AI and personalization products across Studio and Da Vinci platforms. The role partners with clients, internal teams, sales, architects, developers, and engineers; develops project plans; trains users; configures and QA campaigns; troubleshoots technical issues; and supports retention and upselling. Candidates need at least two years of account, project, or implementation management experience, enterprise mobile or email service provider experience, and knowledge of mobile and email marketing technologies. The position is remote for candidates in the Western United States and offers a base salary of $66,000–$87,000 per year plus on-target earnings of $80,000–$104,000.
