Description
Odyssey is hiring an Implementation Manager to own customer deployments for its ESA and school choice programs. The role partners with state agencies and internal teams from kickoff through go-live and throughout the contractual lifecycle, developing deployment plans, configuring technical workflows, driving adoption and renewals, and ensuring scalable customer success. Candidates need at least five years of implementation or customer success experience, experience with complex technical implementations, strong technical acumen, SQL or advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work in an early-stage SaaS startup.
