Description
Onit is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation projects for its legal technology platform, from discovery through post-go-live support. The role manages timelines, deliverables, resources, client onboarding, configuration, data migration, training, risks, and the transition to customer success or account management. Candidates should have relevant education and at least three years of experience in a related field, familiarity with CLM or similar legal technology platforms, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience with automated workflow and process-mapping tools.
