Description
Onit is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation projects for legal operations clients, including requirements gathering, workflow and reporting configuration, API and flat-file finance integrations, data migrations, testing, go-live readiness, change management, and project delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of software implementation, consulting, or legal operations experience, strong client communication and project management skills, and familiarity with tools such as Postman, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project management tools. Preferred qualifications include REST API troubleshooting, SQL, scripting or database experience, and familiarity with enterprise legal management, spend management, or contract lifecycle management systems.
