Description
OpenLoop is hiring an Implementation Manager to own the hands-on technical implementation of its telehealth platform for external clients. The role covers configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, UAT, go-live stabilization, and technical sign-off, while partnering with client technical teams and a Technical Project Manager. It is an individual-contributor position requiring 3–6+ years of implementation or related engineering experience, hands-on API and SaaS implementation experience, and the ability to work directly with customer stakeholders.
