Papaya Global is hiring an Implementation Manager for its Client Services team to guide clients through payroll software implementation projects. The role oversees onboarding, configuration, data migration, testing, project planning, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, compliance, documentation, and handover, while collaborating with product, account management, support, and IT teams. Candidates need at least five years of payroll software implementation experience, knowledge of payroll processes and tax regulations, proficiency with payroll platforms and HRIS/ERP systems, and experience with data migration, system integration, software configuration, project management tools, and AI-assisted implementation workflows.
