PatientPoint is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers, coordinating sales, field technicians, contractors, facilities, project management, and client stakeholders. The role oversees construction and facility readiness, ERP and project planning, customized rollout strategies, on-site assessments, network infrastructure, installation quality, issue resolution, and customer success. Candidates need at least three years of experience leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects, with healthcare facility rollout and construction project management experience preferred. The position offers a base salary of $65,000 to $110,000 and hybrid work options.
