Description
The Implementation Manager will lead on-the-ground D365 deployments across Benelux and France, bridging central programme delivery with factory and selling-entity execution. The role owns implementation and cutover planning, site readiness, RAID management, governance, go-live and early-life support, change adoption, KPI reporting, and post-deployment lessons learned. It requires a track record of enterprise-wide business application and ERP implementations in engineering, design, and manufacturing, project management qualifications, experience managing complex projects and work streams, and strong project management, communication, and risk-management skills.
