Description
The Implementation Manager leads the on-time, on-budget delivery of the Moveworks platform and new product offerings for enterprise customers. The role manages implementation governance, timelines, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, customer relationships, and project resolution; it also mentors partners, supports product feedback, and coordinates transitions to customer success. Candidates need at least four years of progressive software implementation experience, project management expertise, strong problem-solving and communication skills, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Base pay is $116,400–$192,100 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
