Description
The Implementation Manager leads the on-time, on-budget delivery of Moveworks platform implementations for enterprise customers, including initial implementation, new product offerings, agentic workflow design, governance, risk and issue mitigation, change management, resourcing, reporting, and customer alignment. The role also mentors partners and team members, partners with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and requires at least four years of progressive software implementation experience, a bachelor's degree, strong project management and relationship skills, and up to 25% travel. Base pay is $116,400–$192,100 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
