Description
The Implementation Manager leads the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new Symplicity clients, serving as the primary client contact from kickoff through launch and handoff to Client Success. The role includes discovery, requirements analysis, configuration, training, project planning, risk management, coordination with internal teams, and travel to client sites. A bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant professional experience are required, with SaaS, project management, consulting, customer success, or higher education technology experience preferred.
