Description
Uniti is hiring an Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding of new customers for its AI agent platform. The role manages implementation projects from contract through go-live, creates and optimizes customer-specific prompts and knowledge bases, configures integrations and communication channels, leads implementation calls, responds to support tickets, coordinates with Engineering, and improves implementation operations. The position requires 2–6 years of experience in customer success, client onboarding, solutions engineering, or technical project management, along with project management, AI prompting, integrations, APIs, SQL, JSON, and communication skills.
