Uptick is hiring a full-time, permanent Implementation Manager for SMB and Enterprise clients in Denver, with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least two to three days per week at the LoHi office. The role supports clients through sales handover, data migration, configuration, training, project management, client communication, escalations, and handover to Customer Success, while also contributing to internal process and documentation improvements. Candidates should have SaaS implementation or customer-facing experience, technical aptitude, Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position offers an annual salary of 80,000–92,000 depending on experience, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
