VPL is hiring a full-time Implementation Manager to lead customers through the implementation of its healthcare logistics software and services. The role serves as the primary liaison among sales, account management, finance, product, customers, and third-party vendors; scopes requirements, manages project timelines and stakeholders, configures and launches customized solutions, resolves implementation risks, and contributes to continuous improvement. Candidates need 3–5 years of customer-facing project or implementation experience, 2–3 years configuring web-based software, and 1–2 years activating parcel carrier accounts and setting up workstations and label printers.
