CRIO is hiring an Implementation Manager to support newly signed clinical research clients after sale. The role manages onboarding projects, evaluates product and feature use, coordinates stakeholder training, collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience, and expands implementation capacity. The position requires 1–3 years of implementation, professional services, software technology, or clinical research experience, along with strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills; a BA/BS degree is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred. The salary range is $70,000–$78,000.
