Kenko is hiring a full-time Implementation Manager in Bengaluru, India, to own the end-to-end implementation of new customers from handoff through launch. The role involves understanding customer workflows, configuring the Kenko platform, training customer teams, managing implementation plans and timelines, resolving blockers, and partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success. The position requires at least two years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, project management, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role, and offers a night-shift allowance for US-aligned working hours.
