Description
WellTheory is hiring an Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end implementation of enterprise clients, from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Client Success. The role manages concurrent implementations, gathers business requirements, coordinates cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Care, resolves implementation risks, and contributes to implementation playbooks. It is a fully remote position reporting to the Co-founder, Operations, and requires current United States work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available. The base salary is $100,000-$115,000 with equity and benefits.
