Description
Gigs is hiring an Implementation Manager to own end-to-end customer implementations of its mobile-connectivity platform, from scoping and kickoff through go-live and beyond. The role combines technical delivery, product leadership, commercial strategy, project management, and customer-facing communication, while also building implementation playbooks and aligning with B2B2C customer success and business development teams. Candidates need 5+ years of implementation, professional services, or product management experience, expertise with complex API integrations, strong project management and communication skills, and fluency in French or Spanish in addition to English. The role is based in Europe or the United Kingdom, with regular time in a Gigs hub and occasional travel.
