Flip is hiring an Implementation Manager to partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and customers on technical implementations for healthcare technology solutions. The role owns technical onboarding, integrations, workflows, testing, QA, go-live readiness, handoffs, documentation, post-launch support, troubleshooting, and technical advisory work. It is based in Marina del Rey, California, or Brooklyn, New York, with onsite work Monday through Friday, and offers a base salary of $110,000 to $140,000 USD plus bonus, commission, and equity.
