Description
Flip is hiring an Implementation Manager to partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and customers on technical implementations for healthcare technology solutions. The role owns technical onboarding, integrations, workflows, testing, QA, go-live readiness, handoffs, documentation, post-launch support, troubleshooting, and technical advisory work. It requires 3–7+ years of relevant experience, hands-on integration and API experience, project ownership, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a builder's mindset. The position is onsite Monday through Friday in Marina del Rey, California, or Brooklyn, with compensation of $110,000–$140,000 USD plus bonus, commission, and equity.
