Description
Rebar is hiring an Implementation Manager to own client onboarding, training, adoption support, and early-stage success for its HVAC software. The role builds repeatable implementation playbooks, troubleshoots blockers, gathers customer feedback, collaborates with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and maintains CRM and ticketing systems. It requires at least three years of technical or operational experience in the commercial HVAC or mechanical industry, HVAC familiarity, project-management and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% of each month. The position is full-time and remote for candidates in the South Central United States or Pacific Time Zone, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
