Mollie is hiring a Post-Sales Implementation Manager to own the post-sales integration phase for its largest and most complex merchant deals. The role manages implementation handovers, testing, go-live dates, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, documentation, and handover processes across sales, engineering, compliance, product, merchants, and digital agencies. It requires at least three years of relevant implementation, project management, onboarding, delivery, or customer-facing experience, strong Polish and English communication, and experience managing complex implementations through go-live and handover.
