Description
Minga is hiring a full-time Implementation Manager to lead school and district implementations from sales handoff through go-live and Account Manager handoff. The role owns project planning, rostering and data integrations, IT coordination, administrator and staff training, go-live readiness, early-launch monitoring, and special projects such as platform migrations and product upgrades. It requires at least two years of SaaS implementation, onboarding, technical customer success, or similar experience, along with project management, communication, troubleshooting, and CRM experience; SSO and rostering integration experience is preferred. The role offers a base salary of $54,000–$76,500 plus variable compensation, with OTE of $60,000–$85,000 for the standard level and $85,000–$110,000 for the senior level.
