Description
AudioStack is hiring a mid-level Implementation Manager to lead customer onboarding and technical implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market clients. The role owns implementation scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery; consults with clients on business processes and integrations; manages stakeholders across Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering; and standardizes onboarding processes. It is a full-time on-site hybrid position based in London or Barcelona, requiring at least three years of relevant implementation, technical account management, onboarding, or IT consulting experience, along with project management, API and integration knowledge, and strong communication skills.
