Description
Kraken is hiring a Client Delivery Lead to manage technology domains for European client projects, including migrations and long-term requirements. The role owns client relationships, escalates and resolves technical issues, prioritizes requests, communicates client needs internally, supports engineering delivery, and acts as a link between clients and Kraken’s product and development teams. It is a hands-on individual contributor position based in Europe, with projects potentially run from any country and travel expected. The role requires strong client delivery, product ownership, agile delivery, technology, communication, influencing, and complex delivery-pipeline experience, along with fluent English and German; consulting experience is a plus, and previous payments experience is nice to have. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
