Description
Airwallex is hiring an Implementation Manager for its Spend Team to own end-to-end delivery of complex global spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers across EMEA. The role translates customer requirements into implementation plans, coordinates cross-functional and external stakeholders, advises on ERP, HRIS, accounting, and API integrations, troubleshoots complex configurations, and creates documentation and feedback for product and engineering. It is based in London with three days in the office and implementation coverage across EMEA.
