Description
Airwallex is hiring an Implementation Manager for its Spend Team to own end-to-end delivery of complex corporate spend and card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers across the United States. The role acts as a technical advisor, translates customer requirements into scalable architectures, coordinates ERP, HRIS, and API integrations, troubleshoots implementation issues, documents playbooks, and influences product and engineering roadmaps. It is based in San Francisco with three days in the office and implementation coverage across the United States.
