Description
Abacum is hiring an Implementation Operations Manager to build and own the operating infrastructure for implementation and partner delivery. The role creates delivery-routing models, capacity models, implementation-health reporting, delivery playbooks, quality benchmarks, handoff processes, and time-to-value tracking, while collaborating with RevOps, Customer Operations, implementation leadership, and senior stakeholders. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in RevOps, strategy consulting, business operations, or a similarly analytical cross-functional role, with strong analytical, modeling, reporting, process-design, and AI-tooling skills; SaaS and fintech experience are advantageous.
