Description
The Implementation Project Manager will manage simultaneous global projects for multiple customers, overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirements and timeline planning through implementation, stakeholder communication, risk and issue management, resource coordination, and handoffs to sales, services, and support. The role partners with internal teams to deliver FireMon network security solutions on time and on schedule, while building customer relationships and driving time to value. It requires at least three years of project management experience, PMP certification, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong customer-facing and enterprise account management skills, and experience in network security is preferred.
