Description
The Implementation Project Manager leads new-brand and 3PL partner implementations from post-sale kickoff through go-live and hypercare, coordinating Sales, Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Operations. The role manages project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, escalations, customer communications, and implementation processes, while supporting scalable onboarding in a fast-moving startup environment. Candidates should have at least two years of project management, customer onboarding, or implementation experience, strong stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills, familiarity with SaaS or technology environments, and proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, or similar tools.
