Description
Brivity is hiring an Implementation Project Manager to own the client onboarding experience from kickoff through go-live. The role serves as the primary client contact, manages the Arrows onboarding plan, directs the Launch Technician, coordinates data imports, MLS approvals, website and design requests, compliance, and quality checks, and proactively resolves at-risk accounts. The position requires project management, client onboarding, implementation, or customer success experience, CRM knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and cross-functional teams. The salary range is $60,000-$70,000 per year.
