Description
UpdatePromise is seeking an Implementation Rep to train and service new clients, support existing clients after onboarding, build industry relationships, travel throughout the country to manage accounts, and analyze data to recommend training for service personnel. The role requires an associate degree or similar experience, professional in-person customer service experience, work-related travel experience, software troubleshooting experience, strong communication and coaching skills, Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency, adaptability, time-management skills, and creative problem-solving ability.
