FirmPilot is hiring an Implementation Specialist to own client onboarding from post-sale handoff through deployment and ongoing platform support. The role includes coordinating implementations, configuring marketing automation and integrations, guiding legal-industry clients through technical setup, troubleshooting web and third-party tools, documenting implementation progress, and collaborating with Product and Success teams. Candidates need at least four years of implementation, client onboarding, or technical account management experience, plus familiarity with web platforms, CRM, analytics, martech, and preferably HTML, Google Analytics, WordPress, Elementor, and CallRail.
