Crisis24 is hiring an Implementation Specialist in Annapolis, Maryland, on a hybrid basis. The role manages client relationships and the full software implementation lifecycle for SaaS solutions, including onboarding, requirements gathering, project planning, cross-functional coordination, client communication, and post-implementation guidance. Candidates need at least one year of customer relationship management experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, CRM and JIRA familiarity, and strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills. SaaS industry experience is preferred.
